Delete account and data

You can request the permanent deletion of your Flowr account and related data at any time.

Fastest in the app

  1. Open Flowr and go to profile settings.
  2. Tap “Account,” then tap “Delete account.”
  3. Confirm the operation according to the instructions.

Email request

If you don't have access to the app, send a request from the address associated with your account. We may ask for reasonable identity verification to protect your account from unauthorized removal.

The button opens the mail application. You can also write directly to contact@flowrapp.io.

What will be deleted:

We will delete your account, plant photos, plant profiles, schedules, and other data associated with your account. We process your verified request without undue delay, usually within 30 days. We may retain limited data required by law for billing or fraud prevention purposes only for the period required.

Important: subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play settings to avoid another renewal.
